Growing up...

Monday was CJ's 3rd birthday, he celebrated in a different way. He got to start preschool!!! That's right my little man is now a school boy. He is in the special needs preschool to get help with speech and occupational therapy. If you are new to the blog CJ has autism and his non verbal, well he has one word. GO! It was very hard for me to drop him off at school the first day because he has only been left with family and one very close friend. Here I am leaving my little man who can't express his needs with strangers. Eeep! I didn't cry, but I sure felt like I was going to.

The Messy Mom Van

I will admit it I have the messy mom van. I live in my van on the way to doctors appointments, going to grandma's house and school drop off and pick up. Well what happens when you have a toddler and spend that much time in your car? It becomes a mess. You know how your toddler loves to bring along a new toy each time, well they get left in the car and everything becomes a total mess. You can't find what you need or where anything is. Tidy Ridey sent me this awesome back seat organizer. The first thing I noticed what how large all the pockets are. I had tried a backseat organizer in the past and it was a total fail because all the pockets were so small nothing I had fit in them. The organizer by Tidy Ridey has full sized pockets for real stuff. I am talking about a full sized pack of baby wipes, water bottle and sippy cups. Even my Ju-Ju-Be Be Quick fits in one of the pockets. I was so excited to have an organizer that fits the items in my life. It even has a zipper mesh pocket at the top for all those small items. I love this pocket because it is fast and easy to see what is in the pocket and know I am not loosing those little items. To install the organizer is very easy. Two adjustable straps hold it in place, these straps buckle in place. One goes around the headrest and the other goes around the lower seat. I don't even notice those straps when I am sitting in the seat the organizer is attached to. The fabric is easy to clean so if those messy toddler hands get on it you can just wipe it clean.
