Making time to work out.

I have always struggled with making time to work out. With a very active almost three year old most of my time is spent chasing him. I have tried work out programs in the past but they wanted you to work out 5 days a week for almost hour long sessions. I would get in a bad loop, I would start then miss a work out and give up. I was so excited to find FeFit. It is a work out program made for moms by moms. Could it get any better? Women that know how precious a moms time is. The program is set up with choices! You can pick which schedule fists your life best. Three times a week, four or five times a week and the workouts are all 30 minutes or less! This has been so easy for me to add into my life. I need baby steps so I started with the 3 days a week, and I never dreaded working out and because the work out is so short I could always find the time to sneak it in.

The set comes with 8 DVD's, workout guide with calendars and stickers to keep track of when you do your workouts.I loved this part because I could really see every time I was good and got my workout in. Every time I had an extra pink dot I felt like I was getting closer to my goal.

Here is a list of all the different workouts included.

As you do your workout there is a countdown time bar on the bottom of the screen. You can see where you are in the workout and how much time you have left. This really helps you push though and exactly how much energy you need to muster up. I really needed this, it kept me from giving up. I could look and see that I just had a few minutes left.

Although the workouts are all short you get your bang for your time. You are left feeling like you truly pushed yourself. Now don't worry about it being to hard, they give great choices on how to make it easier if you need it. All though out the video you get motivation and feel great about doing something good for yourself.

The booklet comes with a chart to track your starting measurements at day one, 30 and 60 and 90 days. It also has an aerobic and strength test, because sometimes you don't have changes in your weight or measurements but you can do things you couldn't do before. Like I was able to double my push ups in 30 days.

When you pick your program all you have to do is follow the chart, it tells you which work out to do on which day and which days are rest days. No thinking or planning just look and go. It even has 10 suggested steps to making healthy habits, like getting enough sleep and drinking water.

The DVD's come in a great case to keep them safe and easy to find. DVD's are listed by week and show what workouts are on each DVD.

The best part is this system is about half the cost of other complete workout programs from other major brands.

The only thing I would change is that I wish it included some kind of meal plan or food guidance.
