Yummi Pouch

Chris is getting ready to head to school. Which his GI disorder I will need to pack and send all of his meals. But I hate the idea of using plastic bags that just end up in the trash. A great way to go green is to use reusable cloth bags. I got a sample of Yummi Pouches from Revelae Kids. They come in several different sizes so you can pack your sandwich and snacks all in their own bag.

The bags are sold in a three pack with fun prints.

As you can see there is lots of room for a standard slice of bread.

The bags are closed with a zipper.

With the sandwich inside you can see there is lots of room, So if you use a thicker bread or bun you will have plenty of room.

The inside has a waterproof finish to help keep your food fresh and makes cleaning easy.

To clean them they can wipe clean or be washed with hot soapy water.

Dry Winter Hands

Winter time kills my hands, they get dry and cracked. I never had luck finding a hand cream that helped without feeling heavy and oily. I got a sample of Cetaphil cream in my Jolly Vox Box from Influenster.  This cream has done wonders for my dry hands and no oily feeling. This has quickly become a must have item in my battle against dry winter skin.

Vox box

So there is this really cool thing called Influenster. You get to share you opinions on products and see what real people think about stuff before you buy it. They also send you boxes of free goodies called vox boxes. I just got the jingle vox box and love all the fun stuff I got.

If you want to get in on these cool boxes singe up here.

Making time to work out.

I have always struggled with making time to work out. With a very active almost three year old most of my time is spent chasing him. I have tried work out programs in the past but they wanted you to work out 5 days a week for almost hour long sessions. I would get in a bad loop, I would start then miss a work out and give up. I was so excited to find FeFit. It is a work out program made for moms by moms. Could it get any better? Women that know how precious a moms time is. The program is set up with choices! You can pick which schedule fists your life best. Three times a week, four or five times a week and the workouts are all 30 minutes or less! This has been so easy for me to add into my life. I need baby steps so I started with the 3 days a week, and I never dreaded working out and because the work out is so short I could always find the time to sneak it in.

Hospitality On-the-Go Set Makes Giving Homemade Gifts Easy

I love making homemade baked goods and meals to share with friends and family. The part that I don't love it tracking down my dishes. Using disposable tin foil pains are just tacky and a paper plate doesn't work for everything. So I was very excited to find Mary & Martha's Hospitality On-the-Go Sets. They are cute and stylish paper bakeware in different shapes and sizes. You can make your favorite bundt cake right in the cute paper bundt pan, take it to your family or friends and there is no worry about getting a pan back. The best part, no pan to wash! They even have cute messages printed on them.

Cup cakes can bake in the stylish paper cup and give them an extra special touch.

The inside of the paper is wax coated so you don't have to worry about food sticking or leaking out or leaving ugly oil spots.

Have a sick friend? Have a new mom that just gave birth? These soup and bread dishes are a cute way to provide a home cooked meal.

Check out all these cute styles they come in. Some even have a spot where you can write in your own message.

You can find these great sets on Mary & Martha

Special Thanks to Mary & Martha for my set to try.

After the holidays update.

I just wanted to take a minute and update what is going on in with my life. Thanksgiving was a rough week because my dad had surgery the week before and my grandfather was in the hospital. So plan A, B, and C turned into me cooking all the food for everyone. I had a bit of a break before Christmas but lets be honest. I got my gifts for friends made two days before. One I haven't even mailed out yet. Oops. I did not mail a single Christmas card. So to sum it all up. This year I sucked at being an adult or taking care of everything. Sorry no hurt feelings towards anyone, heck I didn't even put up a tree because Chris would rip it down. So if you were like me and were behind don't feel bad. Life gets in the way of having a life.
